BreAnna McLaughlin, a senior at Hazelwood Central and forward on their basketball team, leads the team in a number of statistical categories.

McLaughlin doesn't deny that she has a reputation of being a bit of a church mouse type and says "that's how my whole household is...we're all calm, laid back people."
Laid back is not how McLaughlin looks when she's on the court, however. She's usually hustling all over the place, which explains how she is leading the team in points scored per game (10.3), rbounds (6.6) as well as steals (2.3).
